From there it's design development, construction documents, permits, and finally construction oversight. Timeline-wise, you're looking at anywhere from 3 months for smaller projects to 12-18 months for complex builds. We keep you in the loop throughout.

Nope, not at all. We've got a solid network of builders and contractors we've worked with for years. We can help you find the right match for your project and budget. That said, if you've already got someone you trust, we're totally cool working with them too - we collaborate well with good trades.
